Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of all countries except Canada, Mexico, Italy, France, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and China, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and immediate family members of sE Electronics / Sabian / Gretsch are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period

• The giveaway begins on December 01, 2025 at 8:00 AM PDT and ends on December 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM PDT (“Promotion Period”).
• Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit their information via the official giveaway form at giveaway.seelectronics.com.
• Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, or per email address, unless otherwise specified.
• Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.
• No Purchase Necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize(s)

• The prize(s) consist of: one (1) sE V PACK ARENA, one (1) Gretsch Catalina Lemon Sparkle 5 Piece Shell pack with cymbal hardware, and one (1) Sabian STRATUS Cymbal Pack with a combined approximate retail value (ARV) of USD $3500.
• No cash or other substitutions will be offered, except at the sole discretion of sE Electronics.
• Prizes are non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing (or as otherwise specified in the promotion details) from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• Winner(s) will be notified via email within seven (7) days after selection.
• If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be chosen.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (including bonus action entries, if applicable).

6. Verification of Winners

• All potential winners are subject to verification by sE Electronics, whose decisions are final and binding.
• Winner(s) may be required to provide proof of eligibility and identification and/or complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release.

7. General Conditions

• sE Electronics reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
• sE Electronics is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless sE Electronics, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or use of the prize(s).

8. Marketing Communications (Opt-In)

• By voluntarily opting in to receive marketing communications via the giveaway submission form, entrants expressly consent to receive promotional emails and related communications from sE Electronics, Sabian, and Gretsch.
• Consent to receive such communications is not a condition of entry or eligibility to win.
• Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the communications or by contacting either sE Electronics, Gretsch, or Sabian directly.

9. Privacy

• Information submitted with an entry is subject to the sE Electronics Privacy Policy: https://seelectronics.com/privacy-policy/.

10. Data Protection (GDPR Notice)

• sE Electronics is the Data Controller for the purposes of this giveaway.
• Personal data collected will be processed solely for the administration of the giveaway, winner notification, and prize fulfillment.
• The legal basis for processing is contractual necessity (to administer the giveaway) and consent (for marketing communications).
• Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and in any event no longer than twelve (12) months after prize fulfillment unless required by law.
• Entrants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of their data, as well as the right to data portability, in accordance with applicable data protection law.

• Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA/UK, such transfers will be made under appropriate safeguards in compliance with applicable law.
• Participation in this giveaway does not involve automated decision-making beyond random winner selection.
